Music and Mobilization
March 8th, 6pm - 12:15am

Join the Liberation Collective and Respite Events for their Music and Mobilization event where they work to “create a space where music is a tool for resistance and education.” This event will be featuring our Director of Narrative Change, Wolf, during its panel discussion.
“Ticket sales will raise funds for Rural Women’s Health Project’s Immigrant Safety Fund. This fund will help secure release from detention while awaiting immigration hearings, ensuring family reunification and assuring access to legal representation.
The night will begin at 6:30pm with an hour long panel of local organizers sharing their activism and ways for the community to support. A live zine workshop will invite attendees to explore DIY media as a form of radical expression, while an educational MC will connect performances to broader conversations on collective action. Eight musical acts will take the stage, each bringing their own voice to the movement. Together we’ll share in our commitment to using art as a force for change.”
